What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OLPIXEL products?
Our standard MOQ varies by product type -- typically 50-100 units for stock products and negotiable for custom OEM/ODM orders. Contact our sales team with your project scope for a specific quote.
Do you provide project-specific customization?
Yes. We offer custom housing shapes, custom bracket dimensions, tailored color temperatures, beam angles, cable lengths, IP ratings and full OEM/private-label services. Share your specifications and we will advise feasibility and lead time.
Which control protocols are supported?
OLPIXEL products support DMX512, SPI (TTL), PWM and 0-10V dimming depending on the product line. Multi-universe DMX512 controllers are available for complex synchronized facade shows.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our products carry CB, CE, RoHS and relevant IP67/IP68 ratings. We can provide full test reports and declarations of conformity for import customs and project approval documentation.
How do you protect my project from competitor agents?
Once your project is registered in our system with project name, location and end-client details, we will not supply competing quotes for that project to any other agent or distributor. This is our written project protection policy.
What after-sales support is available?
We offer a 3-year product warranty, 24/7 engineer hotline, remote troubleshooting, on-site dispatch (where feasible), and we cover trial lighting adjustments at project handover.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Standard products: 7-15 business days. Custom OEM/ODM orders: 20-35 business days depending on complexity and tooling requirements. Rush production is available for confirmed projects.
